Advertising Agreement
POLICY OF ADVERTISING TERMS FOR www.redmisthunters.com
Fee Structure
All forms of advertisement displayed on www.redmisthunters.com/forum will be paid for annually according to the following terms that are currently in effect:
Ad rates may be adjusted before ad placement on the site to adjust for site traffic (page views). Rate adjustment request will be the responsibility of the company wishing to advertise on www.redmisthunters.com/forum, the staff of the parent site www.redmisthunters.com does not guarantee that traffic to your site from ours will result from an ad placement on the forum.

Category Terms
Site Supporter
As a site supporter you will be allowed a member account that will be set up in a special Site Supporter Membergroup. Members with this status will be allowed to commercially post items that are available for sale through their business. Commercial posts from Site Supporters are allowed to be posted in up to 5 forum sections as long as the content is in line with the forum section. Posts that are not in line with the forum sections intended content may be moved by a Site Administrator or Site Moderator. At no time will a commercial post from a Site Supporter be deleted from the site forum unless the post exceeded the 5 post limit for the item being advertised.
The annual payment also allows for up to one (1) banner ad to be posted on the forum with the size of 460 x 120 pixel or one (1) banner ad with the size of 120 x 120 pixel. The banners can be placed at the top or bottom of the forum pages for a 460 x 120 or the right column for a 120 x 120.
Larger banners may be considered through special requests from an advertiser, payment details will be discussed upon receiving a request of this matter. The site administration may rotate the ads as more site supporters and advertisers advertise on the forum. However every attempt to keep Site Supporter ads viewable at all times will be made a top priority.

Ad Code
Ad codes will be supplied by the advertiser for placement on the forum. Below is an example of an ad code.

The above listed code is an example of the code needed for placement of ads on our site. is you do not have a code for your site the Administrators may be able to help with designing a banner for you. Please specify if you have the code for a banner or if you need a banner designed. Additional costs may be applied if banner design is needed. All additional costs will be agreed upon before work on your banner will start.
Agreement and Payment Terms
Upon agreement between both the Site Administration and Persons wishing to advertise on the forum at redmisthunters.com to the terms listed above and any terms that the advertiser may hold the Site Administration will place an ad on the forum once payment has been confirmed. The annual term date will start at the time of payment confirmation and ad placement date.
All payments will be made payable through a certified check to the Site Administrator of www.redmisthunters.com, or through a paypal account payable to the Site Administrator of www.redmisthunters.com. Advertisers will be given payment details upon agreement to this policy so that payments can be made.
Reimbursement Terms
Reimbursements will not be paid out unless the ad is rejected by the Site Administration. At which time the Advertiser will be contacted concerning the rejection of the ad. Reimbursement details will be discussed with the advertiser when communication has been made. Communication may be in the form of e-mail, written letter, or telephone call.
